Our Mission

The Burlington Garden Club (BGC)  is a vibrant non-profit organization with gardeners from the greater Burlington area who are committed to community beautification, garden therapy, and nurturing young gardeners. We are passionate about creating opportunities to engage with and learn about nature, explore new gardening techniques, and build a welcoming, supportive community of garden enthusiasts.

The Burlington Garden Club is a member of the Federated Garden Clubs of Vermont (FGCV) and National Garden Clubs, Inc (NGC).  The FGCV has 16 member clubs in Vermont with over 700 local community members. The National Garden Clubs is the largest volunteer gardening organization in the United States.  The mission of all local, FGCV and NGC clubs is to promote civic beautification, conservation, ecology and horticulture-focused education.

All are welcome to join! We hope to see you in the garden.
